Residential Mid Rise / Plumbing Works Installation

Concept Plumbing and Drainage was engaged by Pinter Construction to deliver the plumbing works installation for this 15 unit build.  This was a 5 story residential mid rise apartment project at 37 Smith Street Mooloolaba.

The build comprised of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom or 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units designed by boutique architectural practice K Architecture. Construction commenced in 2019 and was completed in early 2020.
